Terms of Service

By using gencreator.ai or any paid product you agree to these terms. Services are provided by Arcanea Labs BV, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Membership tiers

• — Free Lounge (Skool): free forever. Cancel anytime.
• — OS Circle ($49/mo): billed via Whop (MoR). Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
• — Studio ($297/mo): billed via Stripe or Whop. Monthly or annual. By application only.

Refunds

7-day refund on any one-time product. Subscriptions cancel anytime — no pro-rata refund for the current period. We don't fight refunds: if it didn't work for you, it didn't work.

License

Notion templates, prompt packs, and OS contents are licensed to you personally. You can modify freely. Share within your organization up to 5 seats. Resale or redistribution is prohibited. The OSS skill packs at packages/gencreator-skills are MIT.

Conduct

The community prizes honest feedback and the ship-first principle. Harassment, spam, and bad-faith resale of member content get you removed with no refund.

Liability

Service provided "as is." Liability capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing here excludes rights mandated by your local consumer law.

Governing law

Netherlands law. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless consumer law mandates otherwise.
