I built 40+ AI Centers of Excellence for Fortune 500 enterprises. Then I realised the same architecture works for one person — at one five-thousandth of the cost. GenCreator is what I built next. The substrate around it is what compounds.
The story
For most of the last decade I designed AI Centers of Excellence for Fortune 500 companies across EMEA. Strategy documents. Governance boards. Talent rosters. Technology stacks. Data moats. Ethics reviews. Six pillars, over and over. Cheapest engagements ran eight figures; the average was two.
Around the end of 2024 two things happened at the same time. The models got good enough for one person to do the work of a team, and I realised I was running the same six-pillar framework on myself. Badly. Without naming it. Without compounding it.
So I ported it. Deliberate strategy. Personal governance. A roster of AI personas I keep on retainer. A tight stack. A library that grows every week. A short list of things I will and will not ship. Nothing exotic — just the same architecture, scoped to one operator.
That port is GenCreator. The free Starter is the whole framework on paper. The Lounge is the room where we run it together. The OS Circle is the weekly practice. The Studio is where I work directly with operators running real businesses. Every layer is complete on its own.
The thesis: most creators are one architecture shift away from their next ceiling. This is the shift.
The substrate
GenCreator is the product layer. The other surfaces compound around it — content upstream, format infrastructure laterally, retreats and protocol downstream. Each is independent; together they reinforce.
