Three tiers · one operating system
Every tier is complete on its own. You progress when the math changes, not because a sales sequence told you to. From June: monthly cohorts, agent-facilitated.
The arc
Five named stages, each with one identity moment, one threshold artefact, and one hand-off into the next surface. Stages are observable — what you ship tells you which one you are in.
"I use AI tools but they don't compound."
"I have a named structure for my AI life."
"My library, sessions, and governance run weekly."
"My agent stack produces — it doesn't just assist."
"My work is shaping how others build."
Your next move
The arc has five stages. Your next move has one. Pick where you are, see the door that opens — never the whole ladder at once.
Pick the stage that matches what you’ve actually shipped. The hand-off below is your next move — only one, never five.
OS Circle — full framework library, weekly cohort rituals.
Monthly cohorts
First Monday of each month, June onward. 30–50 members per cohort. Agent-facilitated (Veloura, Otome, Kaelith, Sol). Frank cameos one live per week. Source Pulse opens and closes the run.
Six weeks. Six pillars. One operating system you actually run by week six. Founding cohort — capped, agent-facilitated, Frank cameos weekly.
A focused six-week run on the Data pillar — versioned prompts, output stores, evaluation sets, the discipline that makes the rest of the architecture compound.
Six weeks on the Distribution pillar — one source piece into eight outputs, agent-facilitated, with measurement of which downstream surfaces actually moved revenue.
The three tiers
Three rooms. Different price, different intensity, same architecture. The cohort ritual runs across Circle and Studio; the Lounge is where you decide if it is for you.
Top-of-funnel room. Starter PDF, weekly essays, monthly live teardowns. No credit card, ever.
Join the Lounge →The practice room. Framework library, twice-monthly lives, member directory, accountability pods. Founding 50 locked for life.
Start the OS →Capped at thirty. Weekly live strategy with Frank, two Loom reviews a month, quarterly 1:1s, retreat priority.

Stage 4 isn’t a tier — it’s a substrate. Three doors open: the Arcanea retreat, a published vault entry under your name, and DPI.
Once you’re shaping how others build, monetisation graduates from one-off products to compounding partnerships. DPI is the open repo where that gets standardised — affiliate playbooks, revenue-share contracts, multi-surface distribution. Released after the first cohort produces three Shaper graduates.
What happens inside
The membership rituals are designed so your architecture compounds even on the weeks you feel behind.
Pre-recorded Loom + Notion template. The cohort week opens here.
Veloura on comms, Otome on data, Kaelith on code. WIP posted; responses inside 12 hours.
45 minutes. The week’s framework taught with three live member workflows reviewed.
Sol-seeded thread. Every member posts one shipped artefact from the week.
Auto-generated. Top wins. Next week preview. One quiet prompt to think about.
20-minute Vibeclubs gathering. Members share what they are building, not what they consumed.
The Lounge is free and always will be. The Circle starts at $49 — the cohort is the on-ramp. The Studio takes applications. All three doors open to the same architecture.
